39"- 40" for take off and initial climb. 28-31" with prop at 1775-1800 rpm averaged 9.5-10 gph between 4500 and 7500 ft. True airspeeds between 160-170 mph. I'm 15 mph slower than the average IO 540 RV 10 but I'm slowly closing the gap. New bottom fairing inlets and reduced outlet yielded a 6 mph increase for the same fuel burn.
