Squirt new crank case oil into the top spark plug holes. Turn to a new rotor face and repeat. Turn the engine over a few times, then clean up the mess from the exhaust ports. Replace the spark plugs. Tape over all of the openings. Block the engine up off the floor with bits of 4"X 4" with the plugs down. Do not sit it on the flywheel. Good for one year.

Since the engine has been ground run, what should be done to put the engine into long term storage mode without taking the engine block apart?
