Hi Chad,
I am one with stainless steel braided lines for everything forward of the firewall (coolant, fuel, oil). I have had the same set for the life of the project (over 11 years now) and have never replace them nor had any leaks. That's the upside from my perspective. The downside is they are expensive and heavy.
If I were to do it over, I would still use SS braided lines for the higher pressure fuel and oil lines, however, I would opt for good quality auto radiator hoses for the coolant. Those AN-16 lines are heavy and expensive.
FWIW

Subject: [FlyRotary] Radiator hoses
Hi all,
What is everybody doing for radiator hoses? I see one option is to uses braided + AN fittings, but those are expensive and heavy. Is there a consensus on an "ideal" way to run these lines?
Regards,
Chad
