Here is a picture of the RD-1 damper nested into the auto flex-plate with the bushing holes offset slightly from the dimple and mounting hole.

Actually, my bad, this was the IMPROPER auto flex plate, as evidenced by the radial mismatch between the bushing holes and the dimples.... I've got hundreds of pictures from the teardown and build... I probably should make a CD of them or something.
