If your prop turns right (from the cockpit) like a Lyc, I can loan you a slightly cut down Warnke that was made for a 160 hp Lyc. It will at least have enough pitch to cool you off a bit while the engine's running.

That's very neighborly of you, Charlie, but I don't think it will be necessary. Last night, I got the final steps done to have a complete tool chain from designing a prop in JavaProp to generating gcode with HeeksCNC. With the gcode, carving a prop amounts to gluing together a blank, clamping it to the mill, and letting the code work on it for a day. I could have one carved up before Fedex could yours to me.
