Is there a serial # or something we can use to determine if we are compatible? My update is from the end of 2003.

Also keep in mind that this only works on the latest version of the EC2
software. EC2s earlier than end of 2003 will require an update to be
compatible with the EM2 or Perry's software. I think there are only a few
EC2's out there that have the required version.
