While I had it off, I did some rework on the muffler to put the EGT sensor probes back in the muffler. So, I have to put that back on, go back through verifying that oil is flowing throughout the system, and then I'm back to where I was a month ago. The next step is to verify the ignition. That makes noise, but it is just the starter spinning the engine without plugs. Once I have reasonable verification that the timing is somewhere within a couple degrees either side of 25, I'll put the plugs in and use a spray bottle to give it a little fuel. With any luck, that will give me REAL noise.
