It was not my invention so I get no credit for that. Maybe a lit= tle for using it in this application. The real issue here, as Tracy stated= , is to be absolutely sure of the basics before spending a lot of time and = frustration looking into less likely sources of trouble that are difficult = to check. This is just a simple tool to help in that regard.
