I was back at it again today, figured I'd reset to the factory map and try again. Much happier with the results this time. Here are the MAP table results. Address 5-7, injector values +63-+23, ( engine stops below 7 on the ground) address 8, injector value -60 up to address 12, injector value -62 Mp is 15.4 at this point, where it switches over to the High RPM table at address 76, injector value of -79, mp of 15.9. Just prior to staging, at address 83, injector value is -60, and ~18.6 MP. Staging at address 84, injector value is +92, then decreasing over the next 5 addresses to +26, and then remaining pretty steady through the rest of the addresses upwards. I went back to the low RPM table and corrected addresses 13-50, and then went to the high RPM table and smoothed the curve from 75 downwards. Those addresses will be further tuned in flight. I'm really happy with the way it runs now, I'm sure it will take some more fine tuning, but I feel that I can now fly it without creasing the seat cushion.
Using your HP settings for the EC2, I make 160 HP at 5400 RPM. So, if this is correct, I should see somewhere in the neighborhood of 190+Hp at 6800. I would be happy with 180.
