Just triple checking- the timing for the 13B is 22~ 23 degrees btdc at 4000rpm, correct? Just fixing a few small things before getting out and flying/tuning. Weather is crappy here in Seattle  so  I'm going over the plane and engine again for a few days. I've got a few ideas as to why I can't seem to get it to smooth out through my staging area in flight, when it runs through the same area smoothly  on the ground.

20 to 24 degrees is plenty.
