My Hushpower resonator ( short = hushpower) is still=20 going - 250 hours on Renesis and LOVE IT!!   Everyone that = hears my=20 fly by comments on how quiet the plane is.  About 10 hours ago I = removed=20 the muffler and removed the few peices of the baffle still inside.  = I never=20 saw any performancy decrease due to blockage as it failed.  = Now it is=20 only an enlarged muffler shell  in the exhaust system.  My = neighbors=20 tell me it is no louder and the tone of the exhaust is a little=20 deeper.

My 4 inch dia. tangantial pipe (used to = turn the=20 exhaust 180 deg.) is still doing fine with no signs of any = failure.  This=20 is located foward (toward the prop) and is fed by the factory exhaust=20 maifold.  This system combined with the split side flange = exhaust=20 of the Renesis makes for a very easy to control = exhaust.

As far as Renesis Horsepower goes - I have a Catto 76X88 porp = and RD1-C=20 PSRU on my RV-7A - I pretty well match my neighbor"s RV-7A with a = Lycoming 180=20 engine with dual electronic ignition.

My dual fuel pumps are in the cabin, foward of the seats on the=20 floor.  I have never had any fuel vapor problems - even in Texas in = the=20 summer.

Hope this helps some.
