Thanks for the procedure Ed.  I had figured this would be one of the times that the EWP would come in handy, since you can circulate water without running the engine.  Since the water won't be heating, and expanding, I should be able to run it until all the bubbles are worked out of the system.  Still hard to believe air will flow downhill to get out of the evap cores though.

Oops, forgot.  I agree - having the EWP, I would not be concerned about putting any type of air drain on the top. Just run the EWP  until the air is removed - gee, that might be sufficient reason for me to switch to an EWP {:>)
