1 PSI = 27.7 Inches of water
water  density is 8.3 pounds per gallon
gasoline density is ~6 pounds per gallon
gas/water =0.72

(36"/27.7inches per PSI) * 0.72 = 0.93 PSI

Less than 1# of fuel pressure.

I will buy a fuel pump, but wondered what psi my approx 36" drop gravity-fed tank is producing?
