Then use a higher MP (24 - 26") to set Mode 3 which is the current instructions in the latest manual. Next do Mode 2 at lowest manifold pressure your engine runs at. Next do Mode 6, checking the staging transition for smoothness. Note! if staging is not smooth at the default setting It means you haven't got Mode = 6 right yet! After these steps are done and working correctly, then and only then should you start adjusting the MAP table using Mode 1 or Mode 9 (I like using 9 th= e best). I recommend using the 4 yellow injectors for builders that have the 6 port engine but there is no reason the 2 red & 2 Blue setup from the 4 port engine won't work if you follow the setup described above. It's so smooth, I can't tell when my engine stages with this setup. If your stumbles or otherwise misbehaves at staging, it means something is not adjusted right. Do not accept anything less than smooth staging. If you think this is a complicated and difficult proceedure, you've never had to rejet a carburetor. Now the question.

I have the Renesis that has the very small red primar= ies and the very large blue secondaries.=A0 I recently changed them to all = yellow.=A0 This removes the need to balance the flow so much when it stages= .=A0 The total output is very similar between the two systems.=A0 Now I hav= e a larger flow when on the primaries and the secondaries kick in with a sm= aller change.=A0 I removed the large secondary option using mode 6.<= /font>

So I checked the mixture at 22 inches manifold pressu= re and it seemed fine with mixture at center setting so I deemed that I did= n=92t need to change the fuel flow with mode 3.=A0 BUT when I started to le= t it auto tune, I noticed that it was setting all the bins to -127 until af= ter it staged, then it started to build the graph that you normally see.=A0= It stages at 20 inches manifold pressure.=A0 Is that the recommended press= ure?=A0 I expected 15=94??

So my question is=85Should I set the mode 3 at a lowe= r setting?=A0 This will affect the entire range so I am concerned that I wi= ll not have enough fuel at WOT if I do that.=A0 Should I make an adjustment= using Mode 2?=A0 I don=92t really understand what dynamic range is?? =A0= =A0What are your thoughts?
