Hey Jarrett;
We left some bleeds along the area where the tubes intersect with the scoop.  We know we'll have some turbulence in front of the scoop, but how much is still open to question.  This thing has sort of evolved from where things have occured, to actually being put into place.  In architectural terms, it's an "asbuilt".  We are covering as many bases as possible, and the rest will come out in flight testing.  We have been concentrating on safety, reliability, and performance, in that order, with hopefully a little sound engineering, so we'll see.

Greg, I'm curious.. where does the boundry layer air exit on your scoop... it looks as though the covers over the plumbing would block it from exiting out the sides?

Should be a screaming demon w/ that many ponies pulling the stage!

Best Regards
