a hangar neighbor showed me a device he built from an aquarium pump, vinyl tubing and a large jar of desiccant.  he attaches the lines to his engine at the filler cap and the vent tube.  the pump circulates the interior engine air thru the desiccant.  I've seen the condensation running thru the clear vinyl tubing soon after shut down.  he also bought a radio shack weather station and has the remote sensor in the jar.  his reporting screen shows air humidity.  he says it will go from 75% all the way to 10-20%.  not bad for Oregon.  the desiccant is easily recharged in an oven.    kevin
