Tracy and all,

  Boy, I hoped more people than 15% were on the list, at least just lurking. There is so much to gained, and learned by listening and reading discussions on the list. I sure hope people don't end up making some of the mistakes that could have been avoided by being active on a list like this, and someone get hurt or worse as a result.
  I would not even consider a project like this with out this type of wealth of knowledge at my disposal. Just not worth the risk.
