I am finally getting to the radiator = plumbing=20 and want to confirm what I'm about to do.  I have a single, custom = radiator=20 on the cool side of the engine.  I plan to run dash 16 lines from = it to the=20 inlet/outlet of the water pump.  "T'd" into one of these lines will = be a=20 what, dash 4,6(?), line from the bottom of the fill tank(1.5qts), which = will=20 also have a small line to an overflow tank.  does the fill tank "T" = to the=20 pump input or output line? for clarity, are we calling the output the = top or=20 bottom port?
it was mentioned that I may get by = without a=20 swirl pot, however, I will need a small (-4?) line for air bubbles = tapped from=20 the top of the water pump back to the fill tank, as well as a line from = the high=20 point of the radiator back to the fill tank, both of these entering the = fill=20 tank above the fluid level line.  am I missing = anything?   can=20 the water pump and radiator air bubble line "T" together before entering = the=20 fill tank?  is there an air bubble line needed off the rotor=20 housings?  if I install a Schrader valve to pressurize the system, = does it=20 matter where? [ I suppose somewhere that doesn't involve removing the=20 cowling].    kevin [gave up finding a plug for the oil = pressure=20 sender, must be 10mm x 1.25 threads? 10mm x 1 doesn't feel right, and = just=20 screwed it back in.]
