I think the threads on those AN unions, the ones opposite the flare, are actually a straight (not tapered) pipe thread. That's why they need to be sealed with an o-ring. Some of them are very close to SAE screw threads, unfortunately only close, not exact. They were what fit the oil coolers on the Eagle540 (pic attached). A look at a Machinery's Handbook should answer the question definitively. I would also imagine there is a complete set of prints for AN fittings that outline the mil-specs they are built to somewhere on The Net. If I had some time I'd do the search, but I just got back to Orlando from LA, am on my way back to Ft Myers to bail my beast out of doggie jail, then back to Orlando... when I finally stop moving I'll check and report.
