Steve,

   As long as you're giving it away anyhow, perhaps you could
save the CD as an ISO image file and put it up on a website. 
That would save two expenses, the C-D (and your time burning
it) and the postage.

   Does the flyrotary archive have "storage" space?

   I'd host it on my site, but I'm limited to 10Mb total.
