Actually, I have a couple of extra questions...

Is that a fire extinguisher bottle on the overflow?

Where did you get the radiator cap fitting to weld to the top?

John

It is an extinguisher bottle that I picked up free at a local extinguisher service place.  It holds just under 1 ½ qts.  It was, of course, painted red; but one started the paint peeled off.  I didn’t have to resort to chemical strippers.

Most performance products suppliers sell filler necks.  The cap on the high pressure filler is a billet machined neck made by Moroso – I think I got from Martel Brothers Performance.  The neck on the overflow is a stamped version made by “Cool-it” (I think) and is less expensive – don’t remember where I got it.  Either one works fine.

I have found Martel Brothers to have good prices and good to deal with for lots of things – best prices on all kinds of fittings, hoses, hose ends, etc.  Also have bought things from Scogins-Dickey, Baker precision, Earl’s.  Pegasus Racing supply is more expensive but may have things you can’t find other places.  All have web sites.

BTW, McMaster-Carr also has the high pressure/temp, blue silicone hose.
