Really hard to draw any conclusions without knowing what 'a little flow' is.   At cranking speed it should be enough to make a good sized puddle on the floor  in 3 - 5 seconds.

so, we know that:     little flow (gals/rev) X cranking speed(rpm) X (3-5 secs) / 60 = good sized puddle (gal)

which also can be produced by:    the average 10 week old puppy(wks) in an eyeblink(millisecs) 3-5 seconds after drinking water(gal) and forgotten instantaneously(over zero).   now, to solve for "little flow" we first divide by both equations by 3-5 seconds, then.......

I'm so glad we have engineers to do all the math for us!     :-)   kevin
