I figure what ever I can do to help reduce wear and friction. Although
the syn oil is much more expensive.

per the Amsoil site, the tests show that it is better than Mobile 1 in
almost every category by just a bit. My local Napa auto parts store
stocks the Amsoil, but I guess I need to get their oil filter as well
to get the better filtration. Pretty interesting. I will probably run
it when I run my engine on the test stand as the plane isn't quite
ready for the engine and I want to do some testing.
