Hopefully the next flight I wont feel quite so overloaded. Then can focus
more attention on thinking things out.

If you don't have data recording ability - as I didn't - you may be able to
do what I did and set up a video cam focused on the EM2 display.  That's
what I did, and it was great. I'd page through the various pages during each
flight regime, and I could play back at leisure back in my office, record
data, do analysis; etc.  Learned a lot, a lot faster.
