Hi, Rusty.....the tubing is 1.75 outside diameter, and the wall thickness is .062. I had them expand the ends of the 12" x 4" 90 degree tubing so that the 45 degree tubing would just slip right inside. Worked great. Paul, the manifold man, Conner

I just got my intake manifold back from Ed Klepeis from Tech Welding in Paducah, KY. What a great welding job !!! I sent him the manifold pieces, he assembled them on his 13b, welded them up, made a great mounting/support bracket for the tubes on top of the engine, and had it back to me in about 4 days. Can't beat that with a stick. I used aluminum tubing from Burns Stainless, had a local machinist make my throttlebody mounting plate, and Ed welded it all together for me.
