With that prop and 6100 rpm, you will have a quick launch for sure. I find that with my Rv-6A, I lack sufficient rudder authority at WOT on take off until I get up to 30-40 MPH - have to use a touch of right brake if I try it. Slow throttle input until reaching 30-40 mph makes it a non-event. Now you may have plenty of rudder authority, but thought I would mention it. Looks like you have sufficient air inlets for cooling, we will all be awaiting the results - play it safe. My preference for a first flight is to launch and get to pattern altitude (or a bit higher), make 5-6 circuits of the pattern as I get the feel of the aircraft and then land and check out under the cowl. Just one viewpoint of course.
