At least that's a first step. Keep plugging away at it! :) =20 The rotary was the only engine I've ever messed with that started on my first attempt. The previous one before that was the 350 in my Suburban after I had the heads rebuilt. I spent an hour trying to get it started before finding out I didn't have any gas in the tank. Bob W. I thought the Weber woul= d be a no brainer, so after checking for spark, I turned on the fuel and th= e low pressure pumps. No fuel at the Weber and the low pressure gauge is n= ot functioning, I found later as I tried the pumps and the fuel flowed into= the Weber, as the needle valve didn't hold this time. Tomorrow I'll check= the fuel pressure with a manual gauge and order up the higher pressure nee= dle valve that Lynn mentioned, if he gives me a heads up as where to find o= ne. Next I turned on the high pressure pump, flipped up the cold start swi= tch and the engine started, it will run with the cold start switch on, but = on checking we found that only one injector is working. The injectors wher= e ones I got from Bruce T. which were rebuilt, so maybe I need to get a new= set, as it is a real project to get to the primary's under the over the to= p intake manifold. Lots of things to check out tomorrow. One thing, it di= dn't make that nasty noise running on one injector and exhausting through t= he Hushpower II muffler, but it did sound real good running for the first t= ime.
