Ed,
What direction from St.Louis? I'm two hours west.

Doug, a rotary flier recently visited me from St. Louis and made mention of a gent who had a FWF Mazda rotary installation for sale off of an Rv-7 that apparently wiped out the landing gear on a forced landing. I don't think he mentioned where, but indicated it would be a two hour drive from St. Louis to go look at the rotary FWF.

But, no others details were mentioned – except the pilot was apparently not injured – apparently no one that frequents this list.

The RV-9A model on Vans Air Force forums page listed two recent RV tip over accidents on landing and one was stated to have occurred to a Mazda powered RV-7A....has anyone heard anything more about that?

Fly safe out there!
