Same thing happened twice with my 94 Toyota T100.
Fuel pressure pulse regulator, a little hat shaped device right on the end
of the fuel rail dripping fuel about 3 inches from the hot exhaust.
We suspect ethanol incompatibility with the internal diaphragm.
