Michael,
I assume your building a high wing.

The carb I am working on has cockpit adjustable needle height as well for leaning - getting it to work is another story. It really is just like an old Posa carb style with bearing slide and flat ground needle. All I have left to do is fit the fuel connections. It may or may not work well. But it would need a low pressure pump as well. A cockpit adjustable pressure pump would be good.
Fitting the bearing to the slide was a real pain in regard to the accuracy required. Next one might have a Teflon slide.

Yes, I think it was 3 psi that it calls for. But it is just another system
that can fail, and if it is not there it cant fail.

the fuel pump be 1 to 2 psi only?
