This is my PSRU. An incomplete one-off that I bought with my engine. Based on the same gearset, but a different design from Tracy's. The oil outlet is one of the incomplete tasks.
I was looking over the problem last night, and I think I'm going to sidestep the drill-through-case-hardened-steel conundrum by simply drilling the outlet in the much softer rear housing.
