I have exhaust nozzles inside my tubo header. I recall they are 2" to 1.75" from Burns stainless. The outer pipe is 2.5" (321 SS) and the EGT probes are about 4" downstream from the port, but before the pipes wye together and enter the turbo flange.
They seem to read independantly, but I've only ground run four times so far....
I have the O2 sensor on the turbo outlet, and it heats up fast enough to read in less the 30 seconds. (single wire, the one Tracy reccomends in his manual)
