Anyone else having a problem with the Hushpower II other than Jason?

I have two on my installation and they have worked fine (so far) and I have the turbo block without the exhaust splitters making for a pretty powerful exhaust pulse.

As Tracy mentioned, my Hushpower developed cracks in the seam with less than 50 hrs. I welded the seams up before I left for SNF. On the way home from SNF it opened up. Split down both sides and developed a three inch crack over the top of the muffler. I have reconfigured to a 2.5 inch Hushpower muffler with internal baffles welded in the pipe pre muffler. I have a couple of short flight and a 300nm xcountry on the new setup. I will keep you guys posted.
