Slip the ends of the strap down between the vice jaws and pull down tight. Tighten the vice. The strap will have a death grip on the body without making a mark. If you have enough of the stuff, make a loop long enough to nearly reach the floor. Slip the end of a 2 X 4 through the loop. Step on the 2 X 4 next to the Nylon. Tighten the vice.
