I use the regulator return port for the transfer port as well (external "T" connection) so no need for two separate ports.  I returned the fuel to the far end of the tank like Jim Maher did (for oil mixing reasons) incase I have to add the oil before or after the tank is topped off.

I'm at the point of closing up fuel tanks on my RV-9a wing kit and question if there are any additional steps I need to add before the Proseal gets mixed.

Im assuming that I need to add fittings for the fuel return (from the pressure regulator) and another for transferring fuel from one tank to the other.  Any suggestions?  I have a 4-port Renesis engine.
