Those housings appear to be from What the street people call a "Semi Pport" Where a very small Pport is added to a side port engine and fed from the secondary runners. So you can run around on the stock like primaries for good milage, and when you need to show off a bit, you call up the Pport and side port secondaries.
 
Not big enough on their own to support much HP.
