Locate the bushings on diagonal corners so that all of the bolts stay centered in their holes. If a bolt touches the side of a hole it can be overstressed. You can also use a steel bushing and leave it long enough to pull out after all of the other bolts are tightened. Then remove those steel bushings and install the correct length bolts in the last two holes. Lynn E.
