 Too true Richard, I have been trying to get my single e-shaft turned for a long time now and eventually doing it myself and it's looking OK.

I wonder if thy were concerned with balancing the single due to the fact they don't know what weight to include - did you instruct them on what you wanted included or were you leaving it up to them.

I feel with you, John. I had been waiting for getting my single rotor balanced by that place in Phoenix for over 4 month. It finally came back, on my request, unbalanced. Now it starts all over again.
I don't know what the business world has come to.
Had at least two cases of sending out a request for quote to machine shops, and not even getting a rejection note.
 
These guys are not hungry enough yet.

It is still all quiet here and not to my liking.  I would love to make noise, but have been orphaned by Marcotte and unable to make contact with them.  I need the coupling bushings before engine start, have been trying to contact them for 7 weeks now.  JohnD
