Chrissi of the Cozy Girrrls had asked at Sun
& Fun whether the display for my Electronic Fuel Injection System
Monitor (EFISM) could be removed from the 2 1/4" Steam gauge case and
remoted to meet esthetic and space constraints.
I was certain that it could as the
microchip driving it is much faster than the display, however, nothing like
proving it. Here is the display remoted 4" from the board (8-10"
should be no problem
The buttons activating it can easily be
remoted from the board by a couple of feet with no problem.
So if hundreds of you were hesitating to
order on because of esthetic or space constraints - you need hesitate no
