When I started this project I had a goal of 3 years to finish,
that goal of 3 years soon became 5 years. Well 5 years has come and gone
and my project is still not finished. However I would like to end in
saying that even if it takes me 20 years to complete my project, I will fly this
airplane.

I actually admire anyone
who can stick with a plan for that long. I have a reputation for building
quickly, but it's only because it's the only way I'll ever finish. There
are just too many projects that I want to do, and not enough time to do them
all, so I have to strike while the iron's hot, and do one thing at a time.
I'm really trying to force myself to spread my time between the RV-3, and other
hobbies, rather than being so obsessed, but it's a struggle. Basically,
I'm getting nothing done on all of my hobbies :-)

Friday, and I'm not done with the tail yet...)
