Kevin,

I have attached a picture of my Renesis exhaust.  I cut the manifold off and welded the 3” stainless pipe you see.  I have since also cut off the EGR portion at the top of the stock manifold and welded the holes shut.  If  I had it to do over, I would probably opt for a 2.5” size.  The stock manifold is double sided with a 2.5” liner inside a 3” outside.  So you could go either way.

I also have installed EGT sensors in both ends of the stock manifold, and an O2 sensor in the 3” pipe.

It is quite loud.  At some point, I will have to consider a muffler.

does anyone have pics of the stock renesis exhaust manifold?  I was informed that Dennis haverlauh was using one and since I am about to get an engine mount fabricated I wanted to see what the best mount design type would be.  I haven't found any reference to his installation however.    kevin
