Those are variants of the Odieker (sic.) clamps. There is a tool with rounded ends so you won't score the clamp with the end cutters.

Here is McMasters part number for 1-1/2" (5296K19). If you need a different size, search that part number then go to the catalog page for a listing of the other sizes. Best prices I have found for molded bends is http://www.siliconeintakes.com/ 
 
I have not gotten into the hose clamp debate, but since you are going to McMaster, I am using Gap Free Pinch Hose and Tube Clamps on my hoses (52545K25.) One time use but reasonable price and they handle temperature variation as well as vibration, use a pair of end cutters to set.
