Your temp gauge for water temp could use one sensor postion, and you could use the second one for turning on the fans at a certain temp. However, there are temp gauges that let you set a point at which the temp gauge turns on a relay that could trigger your fans (A SPA gauge comes to mind. Nice gauges made in England. I have a dual one for boost psi and any temp I chose. It triggers relays at any setpoint I choose). There are many options to accomplish what you want. You could use those 2 treaded bosses for any water temp/pressure item! Use 1 of them for water pressure.
