Each rotor should be able to scavenge itself, shouldn't it?

Maybe if the pipe is long enough??? 

The effect I'm talking about requires the flow from other chambers (pistons, rotors) to help pull the last of the exhaust out of the other chambers.  I've read more about this in past V8 days, where there's a lot more pumping activity going on.  Not sure if the 2-rotor really gets any benefit from this or not.
