What is the cruise speed? I think he said 130 knts\ 60% power
What is the fuel burn at that speed? About 7 per hour. He also said he had plenty of engine left but the plane would not fly
any faster.
7galx6lb per gal=42 lb/hr
at .45 lb per hp/hr, 42/.45=93.3 hp (BSFC might not be that good)
If the 60% is real, that's 155.5 max hp
Thanks,
Charlie
Additionally, Charlie, At 155 HP, the 700+ cubic inch radiator core should have no problem cooling it at all.
