The article didn't say what sort of fuel pump as long as it's a steady state 1.5 PSI. It probably wouldn't matter as they suggest a return with a restrictor to maintain the 1.5psi.
It has everything else though, remote fuel cut-off, manual leaning, mounting in any way, vernier controls.
I like the slide set-up ( wheel with guides) seems very good.
Has a good history ( improvement on the POSA).
Can be set up with FI and can act as a redundant unit.
Sounds like Pat is impressed with it.
Now who supplies at the right price? Didn't remember reading that part Pat!

George,
The Revmaster is an adaption of the Lectron setup. They probably have to pay them a royalty. Nothing wrong with the layout, I'd be concerned with the method for fuel delivery. Do they use a vacuum pulse pump or a standard electric pump?

Bill /Lynn/ David.

I had a look at the Revmaster Revflow Injector carb, flat slide throttle- anything wrong with this unit?

What are the Bing carbies on the Jabiru like - expensive?
George ( down under)

Jabiru Bings are 38mm butterfly/CD piston carbs. They work fine but lose about 5-6 hp compared to a slide carb and Posa, Revmaster fuel meterTBs like Ellison.
I have seen Bing CDs on ebay $200 and up. Easy to tune.
I believe that the Harley crowd use them on the hogs, and Rotax also use them on the 912/914 engines.
Dave
