I did not miss the point of the hat at all. I did say that I understood your purpose was to promote the category of automotive conversions. You, however, missed my point that many rotary enthusiasts would feel uncomfortable wearing the hat. Now you declare that if I choose not to wear the hat I am saying that I would rather not be part of the auto conversion "group." You should reconsider that logic because what I am actually saying, if I choose not to wear the hat, is that I would rather not be part of the group that wears the hat. Those who believe rotaries are much safer than pistons are, indeed, in conflict with piston technology and they are bound by integrity to defend that position. I applaud your effort to promote the category of alternative engines -- I simply desire to promote the safest engine.
