Although I have done it!  I have been advised to never use silicone on the inlet side, as any excess can find it's way into the combustion chamber and cause problems.

I meant to ask at Shady Bend, what are people using for the gasket on the intake manifold. Seems like I remember someone just using Red RTV, but I wanted to double check.
