Gary Hertzler makes a two blade prop called "Silver Bullet".
It is so good, that a number of EZ owners have dumped their
3 blades in favor of Gary's.  Unfortunately, unless he happens
to have "your" prop on the shelf, you're looking at a six to
nine month lead time.  It can't hurt to ask, though.
