George;  For a chuckle, the government is involved in this sort of thing here, need I say more.  Being a Farmer, I have never seen a 14 pound stone, some are close, when they are that big we just call them rocks.  There are some things you just can't come to grips with.  Any way, don't drop the stone on your toe.  Farmer John
